The Vapour V LV is a performing rock shoe designed with the FR last, which boasts the lowest volume in the range. Its slightly asymmetrical and slightly down-turned shape, along with a medium to low-angled toe box, creates a balance between precise smearing and refined toe power. The microfibre upper and tongue work together with Velcro straps to provide a secure and comfortable fit, while the full-length Talyn midsole and bi-tension rand system offer optimal support. Vibram Edge rubber guarantees accurate edging.

Standout Feature

BI-Tension System: Basically, a reverse slingshot rand that's anchored under the critical toe area and connects directly to the heel rand, only there's nothing basic about it.  The patent-pending system actively pulls power from the toes, rather than cramming your toes painfully forward, giving immediate performance with less tension.  And that means less rubber, making your shoes lighter, more sensitive and more reactive.

Sizing

As with all the modern performance Scarpa's, the Vapour V provides reliably similar sizing - i.e. if you are a 42 in the Vapour Lace, Instinct Lace/Slipper, Boostic etc. you should be a 42 in the Vapour V.
