The Grivel Flex Long Bar is a multi-ply stainless steel connecting bar that improves the walking comfort whilst increasing the size of your Grivel crampons.

Without ever being able to over-force or stress the bar, even with extended use, the Flex Long Bars are designed to flex without breaking for more natural foot free movement whilst increasing the size of your crampons so they fit larger boots. They basically work just like a car’s suspension springs and are ideal for long alpine approaches and glacier walking.
