DPD Shop Return service gives you the freedom to operate within your own time frame to return any item(s) for a refund or exchange.

To process your DPD shop Return Service simply follow the steps below:

• Add this service charge to your basket and checkout as normal. Once you have paid for the DPD Shop Return service we will email you a DPD returns label which you can print off. 

• Package up the item(s) into one box, print and fill out our RETURNS FORM and enclose it inside the parcel.

• Print and stick the DPD returns label to the outside of the packaging and drop it off at your nearest drop off shop. A DPD drop off shop is usually a convenience store, pharmacy, supermarket or similar.

This service is a cost effective option for those wanting to return large or high value items such as mountaineering boots or bouldering pads. For smaller items such as a pair of climbing shoes, there are more cost effective options, we would recommend using a tracked or signed for service with Royal Mail.
