The Black Diamond Venom LT Tech is an ultralight versatile ice axe that can handle technical terrain and excel on ski mountaineering missions and alpine rock routes.

Weighing in at only 305 grams, the Venom LT Tech comes with a hammer attachment and adjustable pommel. A replaceable Hot Forged Tech LT Pick is combined with an ergonomic forged aluminium head and the grippy grooved shaft tapers to a replaceable steel spike.

The Venom LT Tech is also compatible with Black Diamond's Transfer Shovel blade, allowing you to create the ultimate versatile backcountry tool. Finally, you strip down the tool and swap the pick to the Hot Forged Classic LT Pick and convert to a Venom LT Classic 240-gram tool.
