With minimal touchpoints strategically placed, such as a subtle mid-shaft ring for balance and grip when carrying it horizontally, this pole is designed for optimal comfort. The ultralight EVA grip offers just the right amount of support, while the removable low-profile baskets add versatility. How to Measure: On flat ground, the top of the trekking pole handle should be at waist or hip level and your elbow at approximately 90 degrees. For walking, hiking and backpacking: Stability and support matter most. Size up if you're right on a size cusp. For running: Uphill propulsion matters most. Size down if you're right on the size cusp.
