The Black Diamond Astro 300R head-torch builds on the award winning original Astro 300 design, and is the ultimate in environmentally friendly re-usable lighting. 

With an in-built LI-ION battery, the Astro 300R has all the features you would expect from a Black Diamond head-torch. Easily adjustable brightness, a variety of different lighting modes, an external battery indicator and is IP67 waterproof/dustproof. 

Including a handy micro-USB cable for charging, the Astro 300R can be fully powered up in less than 2hours, while the battery itself can be re-charged for over 1000 uses. Being Lithium, the battery also performs better in lower temperatures than standard Alkaline batteries.

*NB the LI-ION battery is fully encased within the torch for maximum weatherproofing, so cannot be removed.
